1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only if:

  • The service does not work at all
  • United Kingdom IPTV cannot resolve the problem
  • The refund request is submitted within 24–48 hours of purchase

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Device incompatibility if the service works on other supported devices
  • Internet connection issues on the customer’s side
  • Channel changes or removals by third-party providers
  • Misuse of the service or account sharing

3. Trial

If available, users should test the trial before purchasing.
